• Aggregated Data: Non-identifiable, summarized performance indicators (KPIs) like average queue time, total throughput, or weekly safety compliance scores.
• Diagnostic Logs: Technical data related to system performance, API calls, and errors, used solely for maintenance and improvement.

1.2. Account and Usage Data (Personal)

This data is provided directly by you when signing up or communicating with us.

• Contact Information: Name, email address, phone number, and business address (for billing and service delivery).
• Account Credentials: Hashed passwords and login details for portal access.
• Communications: Records of your correspondence with our support team or sales staff.
